THE STRUCTURE
"Corso Italia 189 - Apartment" is an elegant and central Loft, located in a historic building in the main street of the city, from which it is possible to walk in a few minutes all the places of major interest, such as the majestic Piazza Grande and the Duomo.
The area is full of restaurants, clubs and shops, but the house (despite being in the historic center) enjoys a quiet and relaxing environment, where guests can refresh themselves after a pleasant walk.
SERVICES OFFERED
The house has a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and eat and is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, hand blender and washer-dryer.
Your stay will also be enlivened by the lovely furnished internal courtyard, where you can enjoy aperitifs or moments of relaxation.
In the living room there is a French sofa bed. The loft is also equipped with SmartTV and free Wi-Fi, guests can use services such as Netflix, YouTube and PrimeVideo.
The bathroom, furnished in a modern style and with fine finishes, has a hairdryer, toilet paper and a courtesy kit complete with shampoo, shower gel, cap, soap and slippers for each guest.
The unit is also equipped with towels, which includes a set of 3 towels for each guest, and bed linen, as well as additional pillows and blankets.
WHERE ARE WE
The apartment, as already indicated, is located in the center, in the ZTL area, in the main street of the city, which is Corso Italia, 400 meters from the train station, a few steps from Piazza Grande, the Duomo, Piazza San Francesco (typical for beauty and historical importance, center of Arezzo's nightlife) and inserted in the middle of the characteristic streets where every first weekend of the month the famous Antiques Fair takes place. Staying in our Loft you can easily forget your car for your entire stay, being able to visit the places of greatest interest simply on foot.
WHERE TO PARK
The train station is about 350/400 m from the accommodation. There are paid parking spaces in the accommodation area from 07:30 to 20:30. At night they are free. There are also guarded and covered parking lots.

- Piazza del Popolo car park (both uncovered and covered) about 400 m from the apartment
- Cadorna car park (unattended) about 400 m from the apartment
- Eden car park (unattended) about 350 m from the apartment

The nearest airport is Florence which is about 90 km away, which can also be reached by train. Further away is also the international airport of Pisa which is about 150 km away.
